Accessibility

Last updated: September 28, 2026

SuedeDoor is committed to providing an accessible experience for people with disabilities and to continually improving the usability of our website and application.

Our accessibility target

SuedeDoor is designed and tested with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as its accessibility target.

We use a combination of automated testing and manual review to evaluate accessibility across the service.

How we support accessibility

Our accessibility work includes testing and supporting:

Research Reports and downloadable files

SuedeDoor Research Reports are available as structured web pages designed for accessible navigation and reading.

PDF exports are provided as an optional downloadable format. The current PDF export format is not a tagged PDF and may not provide the same level of support for assistive technologies as the web version. No substantive report information is available only in the PDF.

Accessibility feedback and assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need assistance using SuedeDoor, please contact us at support@suededoor.com.

When possible, please include the page or feature involved and a brief description of the issue. Information about your browser, device or assistive technology may also help us investigate, but is not required.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is part of SuedeDoor's ongoing product review and development process. As the service changes, we will continue to test new and updated features and address accessibility issues we identify or that are reported to us.
